PEA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
High- Protein smoothie, filling and highly nutritious!
Healthy, delicious no-bake energy balls made with just a few simple ingredients we all have at home,and of course, low in calories.
A wholesome breakfast or snack, rich in protein and fiber to keep you energized throughout the day.
? Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 + 3/4 cups oats
1/3 cup honey (plus a little extra if needed to bind the mixture)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chia seeds
? Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well (if the dough is too sticky, place it in the fridge for a little while).
Form 24 small balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate them for about 30 minutes before storing, so they hold their shape.
You can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
