In 2012, I completed my studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Thessaloniki (ATEI).

In collaboration with ATEI Thessaloniki and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki “Gennimatas,” I conducted my research thesis on the correlation between dietary habits and the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. My practical training was completed at a gym.

Since then, I have collaborated with major gyms in the city, gaining experience in the nutrition of athletes and gym-goers. This led me to pursue further education in sports nutrition in 2017, earning the title of “Sports Nutrition Specialist.”

The evident need for the relationship between nutrition and psychology led me to further exploration, which motivated me to enhance my knowledge. In 2019, I attended training at KEADD (Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders) under the full supervision and collaboration with the National Center for Eating Disorders (NCFED) of the UK. This program focuses on issues related to nutrition and psychology in children, adolescents, and adults (eating disorders, obesity, self-esteem, body image), earning the title of “Master Practitioner on Eating Disorders and Obesity.”

Recognizing the importance of teaching basic nutrition principles from an early age, I decided to further expand my knowledge in 2023 by attending postgraduate training at ELDE Studies on Pediatric Nutrition, earning the title of “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.”

Since the end of my studies, I have attended countless training sessions and supervised cases on various nutritional topics.
